EventUp is a platform targeted at event agencies and managers that enables them to deliver native apps tailored and customized on their portfolio of events.

It represents a powerful tool for information empowerment, able to engage attendees at conference and promote their proactive participation.


The Problem

Event managers usually need some tools to better organize their event and to comunicate with their attendees in an efficient way before, during and after the event. How can they do that at a affordable price?

The Solution

We develop a web-based platform to let event managers create dedicated mobile apps so that attendees will access all the event information by their own mobile devices.


EventUp allows a set of features, like:
Programme of the event
Map and directions
Chat & push notifications
Login with social networks.



EventUp consists of two complementary components:
- a management web platform,
- native mobile apps for iOS and Android mobile devices

We call EventUp web-based platform GreenRoom. From our GreenRoom, event managers have access to all the tools they need to insert the content for the event: text, images, files, polls, etc.

The app sync with the server in order to constantly display up-to-date contents to end users.



The apps have native code to deliver the best user experience and performance to end-users.
They will be published on both AppStore (Apple) and GooglePlay (Android) and attendees will be able to free download them from the stores.

Apps have many features which allows to improve networking, to make the event more social, to collect feedback and to ease communication, like push notification, chat, Facebook /LinkedIn login, polls, venues, PDF sharing, and beacon integration.
